Due diligence

Begonia Filgueira | 9 years ago

This podcast discusses how environmental reports can come alive years later for lawyers and the consultant, the importance of due diligence, post-data interpretation and getting it right the first time

Begonia Filgueira and Professor Lee  talk over a recent deal refinancing of a number of sites where  environmental liabilities, specifically liabilities for contaminated land, were a very large concern for all parties to the transaction.
